ADMISSION COMMITTEE
Roles and Responsibilities :
- In consultation with the Principal prepare attractive brochures, prospectus and handouts for wider publicity.
- To collect proposals/materials from the Departments, Committees and lectures to draft Annual plan of activities for the year of publication in the prospectus.
- To receive applications and scrutinize through the admission committee to confirm the eligibility.
- To assist the students and to interact with the parents during admissions.
- To offer counselling on the contents of the programme/programmes offered by the College.
- To give priority to merit and maintain reservations as per Assam Govt. rules and regulations.
- To submit the admissions lists to the authorities seem deemed and seeks for their approval.

RESEARCH COMMITTEE
Objectives of Research Committee :
- To arrange and conduct seminar/ workshop/symposia/group discussion etc.
- To develop the research infrastructure and capabilities of the College.
- To promote and encourage research in certain thematic areas identified by the College. The research will be conducted by the College faculty or students.
- To provide an ethical framework and quality control mechanism for the research work carried out in the College.
- To develop meaningful linkages with research institutions, both government and private, and esteemed publication houses by the College authority..
- The role of the College Research Committee is to advise and assist the Head of College in the leadership and management of research in the College.
- Its specific responsibility is to advise and assist the Head of College and the College Council in the fulfillment of the research aspects of the College Strategic Plan.

PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCIATION
Functions :
- To improve teacher-student-guardian friendly and cultural relationship.
- To maintain and develop infrastructure facilities of the college.
- To arrange award for students for outstanding performance/activities in academic, Co-curricular activities etc.
- To discuss key matters regarding plan and activities of the College.
- Involve parents/guardians of the students to conduct various programme like Seminars, Workshop etc.

- To arrange coaching for different games for stake holders.

Functions :
- To act as a channel of communication between the Library and the College Authority,

THE INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE (ANTI-SEXUAL HARASSMENT COMMITTEE)
As per the guidelines of The Honorable Supreme Court of India, The Honorable High Court of Guwahati and the UGC an Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee has been established by the College to provide a healthy atmosphere to the students of the college. Anti Sexual Harassment Committee deals with issues relating to sexual harassment. The committee is formed to prevent sexual assault, rape and other related crimes on girl students. Its ultimate goal is prevention of sexual harassment to ensure safe environment for girl students of the College.
Functions :
- The Internal Complaints Committeeis responsible for investigating every formal written complaint of sexual harassment and taking appropriate remedial measures to respond to any substantiated allegations of sexual harassment,
- To develop guidelines and norms for policies against sexual harassment,
- To develop principles and procedures to combat sexual harassment,
- To work out details for the implementation these policies,
- To organize gender sensitization awareness programme,
- To deal with cases of discrimination and sexual harassment in a time bound manner, aiming at ensuring support services to the victimized

EXAMINATION COMMITTEE
Functions :
- To conduct the Internal/External/Practical Examinations for all the programmes offered in the college,
- To prepare Time Table for the above mentioned examinations in advance and inform the students and faculties about the same,
- To collect all the confidential papers, answer scripts and the supporting documents required,
- To ensure that all the confidential papers are prepared well in advance,
- To allot the exam halls for all the examinations conducted in the College,
- To arrange for External/Internal Evaluation of Exams,
- To publish the results and take necessary steps for the conduct of supplementary exams in time.
- To address the grievances/ complaints of the students and staff concerning exam-related issues.
